ESAB EPR-X1.1 PAPR Unit – Powered Air Purifying Respirator

The ESAB EPR-X1.1 PAPR unit connects seamlessly with all ESAB “prepared for air” welding helmets, delivering advanced respiratory protection from harmful welding fume particulates.
Designed for applications ranging from occasional use to full-time industrial environments, this unit offers durability, comfort, and high performance.

A robust, compact housing combined with a powerful blower ensures maximum service life and reliability.
Quick-access status LED indicators display battery level, fan speed, and filter condition at a glance.
Audible and vibratory alerts notify the user when airflow is low (filter change required) or when the battery is low.

The turbo unit features three adjustable airflow settings (170, 190, 210 l/min) controlled via easy-to-reach push buttons. The HEPA-quality, EN12941 TH3P-certified two-stage filter and spark arrestor can be accessed quickly via the removable front door.
